Milestone 1: Site & EIA

Finalization of site host agreement in SW Ontario. Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) submission and baseline waste characterization.
Q1 2027

Milestone 2: FEED

Front-End Engineering Design completion. Procurement of long-lead biological reactors and sensor arrays.
Q3 2027

Milestone 3: Assembly

On-site assembly and containerized module integration. Hardware-in-the-loop testing of the automated nutrient capture system.
Q1 2028

Milestone 4: Commissioning

Full-scale operations launch. First harvest of certified NPK product. Third-party verification of GHG reduction credits.
