36+ years of water and wastewater experience since 1988 across Canada, USA, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. Every engagement is delivered personally under a PEO Certificate of Authorization. Founded BioTerraVa Technologies Inc. to bring boutique P.Eng. expertise directly to municipalities, industrial operators, and rural communities.

Manages stakeholder engagement, government liaison, and communications strategy across municipal, industrial, and regulatory audiences. Supports client-facing activities including RFP responses, public consultations, and partnership development.

Dr. Franco Berruti, P.Eng.
Head of Technical Board of Advisors — Professor of Chemical Engineering, ICFAR, Western University
Dr. Berruti graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino (Italy) and achieved a PhD at the University of Waterloo (Canada). He is the Founding Director of ICFAR. An internationally recognized researcher with expertise in chemical reactor technologies, thermal cracking, and conversion of heavy oils and biomass residues into value-added fuels and chemicals. Over 250 articles in prestigious journals, books and conference proceedings, and several patents.
Prof. Dr. Eng. Ahmed Soliman
Technical Advisor — Professor of Chemical Engineering, Cairo University; Industrial Division Director, CEGMAN
Process industries expert with 35+ years of experience spanning strategic and industrial planning, project development, feasibility studies, process design, basic and detailed engineering, fabrication and construction supervision, and commissioning across oil & gas, petrochemicals, fertilizers, chemicals, cement, and food industries. Has led environmental projects in water and wastewater treatment, air pollution control, and solid waste management, including oilfield produced-water treatment plants and industrial and municipal wastewater facilities. His research on renewable energy, waste heat recovery, and wastewater treatment has earned 1,500+ citations on Google Scholar.

Dr. Klinghoffer received her Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University (2007), her MSc (2010) and PhD (2013) from Columbia University in Earth and Environmental Engineering. Prior to joining Western University, she worked for five years at Gas Technology Institute (GTI) Energy as Principal Investigator for a $2.4 million ARPA-E funded research program focused on developing a catalytic membrane reactor for renewable fuels from CO2 and H2.

Senior Project Manager and Professional Engineer with 15+ years of experience delivering complex construction, infrastructure, industrial, ICI, healthcare, institutional, residential, and commercial real estate projects. Experience managing projects ranging from $5M to CA$2.5B, including a $30M office/laboratory renovation, major industrial manufacturing facilities, power and water infrastructure, healthcare, high-rise residential, and government housing. Experienced in project delivery, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, procurement, risk and change management, design coordination, construction, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and closeout. Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, clients, and corporate stakeholders. P.Eng. (Ontario), PMP, MBA with a strong civil/structural engineering background.
